Moved by a Mountain
Inspiration from an Alpine View in Alaska
Photographs and text by Tom Reed Foreword by Thomas Campbell

This gorgeous and moving book features 23 full-page black and white photos of surrounding mountains and glaciers taken from the author’s cabin. Reed’s text describes finding the land, building the cabin, and explores the question, “How and why are humans inspired by mountain views?” The text also includes many profound quotations on the subject. Also contains 21 smaller photos, mostly in color, of surrounding nature and the structures on his land. Once again, Reed has produced a thought-provoking and aesthetically arresting book.
